Our Role as Your Advocates Your voice, our support. We work on your behalf to make sure you are heard, understood, and supported. As advocates for patients and caregivers, we: Bridge the gaps between providers, facilities, and care settings Offer support in both outpatient and inpatient care Provide guidance for medical and mental health needs Ensure your goals and concerns are part of every care decision With us, you don’t navigate the healthcare system alone — you have a partner dedicated to protecting your best interests and improving your health outcomes.
Cancellation Policy
If you’re unable to attend, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Specific terms for cancellation are outlined in paperwork each client receives via email. Advocacy Service Policy Step 1: Discovery Call Every advocacy service begins with a Discovery Call. This initial conversation allows us to explore your needs, determine the appropriateness of services, and outline next steps. Step 2: Intake & Paperwork Following your Discovery Call, you will receive an email with required intake forms and documents. Completing these ensures we have the information needed to provide effective support. Step 3: Advocacy Session Once paperwork is submitted, we will schedule your personalized Advocacy Session. During this session, we focus on your goals, provide tailored support, and create tools to improve communication with your care team. Please note: A Discovery Call is required before scheduling any advocacy session.
