FAQ
What is a patient advocate and how is it different from home health or case management?
A patient advocate works directly for the client—not the hospital, insurance company, or facility. We offer personalized medical and mental health navigation, appointment preparation, advocacy planning, and coordination across all providers.

Home health and case management are tied to insurance and limited scopes. We fill the gaps they cannot by providing ongoing, independent, client-centered support.
Do you accept insurance?
We are currently in the credentialing process with several insurance plans. Our Advocacy services are self-pay at this time.
Do you offer virtual services?
We offer virtual services nationwide and in-person services in Brevard County, FL (Tiffany) and Glynn County, GA (Sondra).
How do I know which service I need?
We start with a free 15-minute discovery call to understand your needs, challenges, and goals. We then recommend the service that best fits your situation.
Can you work with my existing healthcare team?
Absolutely. With your permission, we collaborate with your providers, support communication, coordinate next steps, and help ensure your care stays on track.
Do you support family members who live out of state?
Yes. Many clients have family across the country. We provide virtual updates, guidance, appointment preparation, and care navigation to keep everyone informed and supported.
What is the difference between urgent advocacy and standard sessions?
Standard sessions are scheduled and focus on ongoing navigation and planning.
Urgent advocacy is for high-stress or time-sensitive situations requiring immediate support, rapid problem-solving, or urgent provider coordination.
What is included in the Health & Wellness Binder?
A fully customized binder with medical history, medications, allergies, provider list, emergency information, care goals, and the Continuity Compass. Includes a 60-minute session for organization and personalization.
Do you attend appointments with clients?
Yes, we attend appointments in person in Brevard County, FL (Tiffany) and Glynn County, GA (Sondra), or virtually nationwide to support communication, ask questions, and clarify next steps.
How do discovery calls work?
A free 15-minute virtual or phone session where we learn what you’re experiencing, provide guidance, and help you determine next steps and the most appropriate service.
