Cancellation Policy

Discovery Calls are offered virtually. If you’re unable to attend, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Specific terms for cancellation are outlined in paperwork each client receives via email. A Discovery Call is required before booking additional services to ensure appropriate alignment and support. All advocacy services with Divine Wellness Partners begin with a Discovery Call. Step 1: Use the booking link on our main page to schedule your Discovery Call at a time that works best for you. Step 2: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email at the address you provided. This email will include important details on how to prepare and next steps. Step 3: After your Discovery Call, we will determine the best service package or support plan tailored to your needs. Please note: A Discovery Call is required before scheduling any advocacy visit or service.
